AUDITION REQUIREMENTS:

*Please plan to bring your own accompanist and prepare two selections, one of which should be from Madame Butterfly, the other which should show off your voice. Here are some suggestions for what to sing from Butterfly;

Butterfly: "Un bel di"

Pinkerton: "Dovunque al mondo," possibly with the 2/4 section that
follows

Sharpless: "Ier l'altro, il Consolato" just after rehearsal 32 in the 1st act, please also sing another Puccini area for style reference.

Suzuki: “Flower Duet” and/or part of one the lower solo sections, please also sing another Puccini aria for style reference.

The Bonze: definitely sing all of his section (101-107).

Goro: a combination of "Questa e la cameriera" at 8
and "Qui verran" at 14.
