GIRLS' CHORUS DIRECTOR

Brian C. Clissold currently serves as Music Director for the Battle Creek Girls’ Chorus and the Battle Creek Community Chorus. A 1996 graduate of Western Michigan University, Mr. Clissold has performed extensively both as a soloist and conductor, receiving awards in both areas. Mr. Clissold currently teaches private voice in the Community Music School. Under the direction of Mr. Clissold since 1997, the Chorus has performed concerts for a variety of audiences throughout the United States, Canada, and England. He has conducted on two compact discs and has developed the Girls’ Chorus program from 35 singers in two ensembles to over 100 singers in five ensembles.
