Christmas Festival Concert
From traditional English carols to gospel music, the joy of Christmas will shine throughout the annual Christmas Festival Concert.
Highlights include Gustav Holst's delightful carol sampler "Christmas Day" and Richard Smallwood's gospel classic "Psalm 8," featuring soloist Carolyn Ballard. Scripture readings, sing-alongs, and the lovely holiday decorations will bring out the Christmas spirit in all.

For a delightful, uplifting evening of beautiful music, join the Girls Chorus and the a cappella ensemble Ars Voce for "My Heart is in the Highlands" on Saturday, March 13, 7:30pm at First Congregational Church.
Ars Voce will perform Edward Elgar's "From the Bavarian Highlands," evoking Alpine vistas and colorful folk adventures in the golden age of the Strauss waltz.
Girls Chorus highlights include a setting of the Robert Burns poem in praise of Scotland, "My Heart Is in the Highlands," plus the Canadian folk song "Savory, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme," detailing the tasks a boy must accomplish to become a girl's true love, and much more.
